Workshops

How do you want your life to change? You can release anxiety, depression, increase self-confidence, improve relationships and more when you integrate progressive psychotherapy techniques.

With a combination of guided imagery, inner child work, and energy psychology you can identify and release blocks to free your inner self to experience life with renewed love, joy, enthusiasm, and confidence. This workshop may be an introduction to your healing process or, if you are experienced with profound change, it can be another move forward on that path.

Goals of Workshop:

To identify the roots of your difficulties.
To nurture to heal those roots, often in the inner child or family of origin.
To experience a perceptual or emotional shift that opens the door to a new pathway to release the difficult emotions and replace with love and joy.
To learn at least one exercise you can take home with you to further your healing process.

Second Thursdays of the month, 7-8:30PM

Granby workshops (off Rte. 10/202, 3 miles north of center of Granby):
Fourth Tuesdays of the month, 7-8:30PM

Fee is $25.00 with some places available for the economically challenged with sliding fee down to $15.00. Depending on circumstances, insurance may be accepted as well.
